It was one of those moments, I just had to get out of the car and investigate the shoreline. We were on our way south to visit Elgol, but there were so many sights and attractive photographic locations on the route we were easily distracted from reaching our goal. This is the sea loch known as Loch Ainort, a short distance from the village of Luib. The reflections were worth the stop and by wading into the water one could also capture the golden gravel in amongst the seaweed as can be seen in the first picture. The three photographs were all taken during the same photostop.
